Learner License (LLR)
A Learner License (LLR) is the first step toward obtaining a permanent driving license. It is issued to individuals who wish to learn driving under the supervision of a licensed driver. The LLR is valid for six months, during which the applicant must practice and improve their driving skills. To obtain an LLR, the applicant must pass a basic online or written test that assesses knowledge of traffic rules and road signs. The LLR holder must display an "L" sign on their vehicle and is not allowed to drive alone.
