1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Actively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and referrals
2. Sales Presentations:
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers in the AAM (Automotive Aftermarket) and Wood Markets.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products to meet customer needs.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers / customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to the reporting head regarding sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.
5. Collaboration:
• Work closely with product management, supply chain management (SCM), and fellow teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Align on sales strategies to maximize penetration.
6. Product Knowledge:
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and products offerings.
• Effectively address customer needs and demands with informed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the retail sector,
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
