This policy explains how Verified Enquiries, operated by Twig Software Solutions Private Limited, delivers what you buy.
1. Physical products (shop orders)
- We deliver to addresses within India.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of successful payment and usually arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We share dispatch and tracking details by email or SMS. If an order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
- Please check the package on delivery; report damage within 48 hours (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).
2. Event tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically. Your booking is confirmed on screen and by email immediately after payment; show your booking reference at the venue, or use the joining link we email for online events.
3. Pricing plans and services
Services are delivered digitally. After payment our team contacts you within 2 working days to confirm scope and activate your plan; enquiries, reports and CRM access are delivered online.
