These terms apply when you use Verified Enquiries (the "website"), operated by Twig Software Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the website, creating an account, sending an enquiry, booking tickets, buying a plan or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
- Business directory and enquiries — we list businesses and route verified enquiries from customers to the businesses they choose. We do not guarantee that a listed business will respond, quote or complete work.
- Pricing plans — monthly service packages (verified enquiries, calling, CRM, marketing and creative services) configured on the Pricing page. Scope is confirmed with you before activation.
- Event tickets — tickets for workshops, webinars and events we organise or host.
- Shop — products listed with a price can be bought online; others are available on enquiry.
2. Accounts and mobile verification
You may browse without an account. Verifying your mobile number by one-time code creates a guest account for that number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or abuse.
3. Business listings
Businesses must provide accurate information and may only list a business they own or are authorised to represent. We review listings before publishing and may edit, refuse or remove a listing at our discretion. Contact details you give us for routing enquiries are kept private.
4. Prices and payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Event ticket and shop prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Pricing-plan amounts are shown excluding GST; GST is added and shown before you pay.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card details.
- An order, booking or plan is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. You receive a confirmation and receipt by email.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy; delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false enquiries, impersonate others, scrape the website, upload unlawful content or interfere with the website's security or operation.
6. Intellectual property
The website's design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. Business names, logos and content supplied by listed businesses remain theirs.
7. Liability
The directory is provided to help you find and contact businesses; agreements you make with a listed business are between you and that business. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
